Perfact chance for the INS to grab illegals and they take a pass on it. Mayday, or commie day, now illegal rights day. Shows how little the gov is going to do to enforce any so called "get tough on enforcement" provisions of any new immigration law. Its a total farce. Gutless wonders are running this country.

Close the border, build a wall, whatever it takes to stop the influx.

Next, step, by step, start deprotation of every single illegal we can find. Can't do all 12 million. Won't know till we try.

In other words, just do what Mexico would do, given the same problem.

No doubt INS was under direct orders from the Bush adminstration to not intervene, as it would send a contradictory message to Bush's proposed "amnisty for criminals" program.

My wife is from India. We dealt with them for 5 years. The first thing you find out when you deal with INS is that they don't have the slightest f*cking idea what they are doing. They had no idea where my wife was or what she was doing.

It was so pathetic. We would get all freaked out and want to file all sorts of paper work to make sure things were moving along. Our lawyer said no.

"Don't file anything. Just do absolutely nothing, and eventually some officer somewhere will see that you have made half an effort and give you citizenship."
