And in the fantasy worlds of the whole of the Clinton department (or should I say "hole"?), the Democrat party, and the world. The question is "what did he do with the WMD," not "he didn't have them."...The "he did not have them" assertion is simply propagandizing for the purpose of slandering Bush.

Even Bush has admitted there was no connection to Al-Qaeda, why can't you?

And wanting to get WMD's is a long way from having them:
