Angry How to get rid of a Mole!

I have a mole in my yard that I know is burrowing under the driveway. I've sprayed for grubs, put a trap out, put out juicy fruit gum, decon, and mole bait/poison, then I've ran water in the tunnel and waited at the hole and he never came out. But every day there is a new mound or an existing mound that gets bigger.

Any other ideas? I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

As far as I remember, there is a smoke bomb / poison bomb thing that gets them. May take more than one to get the wife and kids.

Pelatized lime. It will kill the grubs. If you are looking for a more instant result there is a trap for them, well more like a midevil torture device. I'll try to find a pic.

I think they're called "Gopher Gasser" but they should work on moles also.

I saw the gas/smoke bomb thing I think I'll try that next.

I have a cat and he catches mice, rabbits, and just about everything Else but for some reason he hasn't gotten the mole. If you ask me I think he's a lazy *******!!!!

I have a trap already and it IS midevil! It gets tripped and when I dig it out there's nothing there. So I've re-set it a least a dozen times now.

There is a new poison on the market that seems to work. It is in the form of an artificial worm/grub that is filled with poison. You insert the fake worm in the tunnel..mole dies after eating it. It's made by Motomco and called Mole Killer..eight worms for about $15.

The problem with poisons and spraying for grubs is that they still come into your lawn looking for food.

I've heard that human hair is a deterent. Also if you kill one in a trap leave the mole in the ground. Appearently moles can smell a dead mole from quite a ways.

1.Find one of their air holes....pretty easy to spot...put a hose down in and connect it to your exhaust. May kill some grass.

2. Using the air hole, fill the tunnel with propane and get some cannon fuse to light it off...more fun !

3. Chunk of dry ice in the hole will displace the oxygen.

A magnum air rifle (w/scope) works just as well as a shotgun, and you can work on your markmanship at the same time.

I thought you had to use two traps per run.

Talpirid mole bait is what pro's use. Is that the bait you used? If that's not working, then you may not have moles, you may have voles or other varmints.

Here's a discussion of the problem on a lawncare forum.

Ahhh, used this one with great success at my parents house. Set it up over his tunnel and as it passess underneath - wham the spikes drive down nailing the little sucker.
