How about a Haiku thread
Simple Rules of a Haiku in syllables. Doesnt have to rhyme.
3 - 5 - 3 5 - 7 - 5 Porsche on the road and fast, now out of gas Screaming tires That light changed to quick Hold fast brakes

A limerick...well There once was a man with a Porsh Who thought of a limerick of coursh on the Pelican thread he typed with dread Cause nothing rhymes with Porsche

there once was a man from Seattle with Haiku he attempted to battle he tried and he failed as the syllables prevailed so with limericks he now likes to prattle

Three guesses where I am tonight:
Bored at Work Night Shift in the Jail Order Food And another experience while trout fishing this last weekend.... Steelhead not the prey Hooked on six pound test trout rod Fish Just Spooled my Reel Micah As an aside... I'm going back to the same place on Friday morning, this time loaded for bear (or steelhead) 9 ft G. Loomis rod with 15lb Maxima supergreen and 12lb flourocarbon leader.
