Where is McCarthy when we need him? City councils, state governments are going commie, big time. Smoking, Wal Mart whatever local governments have gone over the edge. We need McCarthy to root out the commies. There are certainly alot of them now.

So what were the laws on abortion and homosexuality historically (throughout the 19th and most of the 20th century) in the U.S.? How do they compare to what social conservatives want these laws to be now? Who changed things? The “neo-cons” ? About 40 years ago, the dumb, bad-seed liberals changed things from how they had historically been so why is changing the laws back so offensive to you? Btw, is English your native language? Were you educated in the U.S.? If English is your native language and you don’t have dyslexia, then you are one dumb hunter-gatherer.

Americans have Freedom, but Freedom requires responsibility, just because the law says U can do it, doesn't mean U have to do it. freedom requires some restraint as a consideration of your neighbor perhaps, thats a mark of being civilized.

McCarthy was a hero who did more to stop the spread of communism than any single man in US history. He was so effective that the liberal left had to lie for thirty years to try to ruin his work and his name. It is a good thing that those of us that are better informed have read the information released (declassified) over the past ten years that proved McCarthy was right. Of course the liberals will never admit it because everyone will know what lying scum they have been and how they have (perhaps through stupidity only) supported the enemy for the last three decades.
McCarthy in hell?...Nah, he is sitting in heaven with President Reagan and they are laughing their asses off over their efforts at stopping the communists and the wall coming down..in spite of the liberals who fought so hard to keep it from happening. Hell must be what it is for liberals to know that despite their lies...many know the truth and see them for what they are.

What was he right about? That Russia had spies in the US and was actively recruiting others. That was always the case and will forever be.

That's about as unamerican as one can get. All of the people on his list, which actually did not contain any names but only case numbers, came from internal State Department security which was investigating them. McCarthy just used "threat of communism" to become more powerful and with more power, more corruptible.

I know some would like to ressurect him, but he is way too deep to do that.
