If you paid for the B.J. it is considered prostitution. Depending which part of the country you live it may be a misdemeanor or a felony.

That wouldn't work. If you want to pull a Clinton on Bush, do the following:

- have a few women file sexual harrassment lawsuits against him

- have another woman come forward with similar charges

- the president can deny that he had any sexual relations with the woman, and testify to such under oath (denying any behavioral pattern that would support the earlier alleged charges)

- present DNA evidence proving perjury and obstruction of justice

THEN you can try impeachment.

Two words why Bush won't get impeached: "President Cheney". He learned that little trick from his daddy - find someone even more repugnant than yourself to be your #2 guy. . . Best free life insurance policy there is. With King George I it was Danforth Quayl(e) the Potato(e) farmer (everyone was terrified of the prospect of that bozo ending up in the Oval Office hence no impeachment/assassination attempts) and of course King George II does the same thing only with someone that's evil and un-trustable, not flat-out retarded like Quayl(e) was.
