Anyone realize that this event shared the headline with the first moon landing? Of course, every event is the result of previous events. I suppose we could trace any event back to the stone age with sufficient data available....

Now how exactly would that be considered an accident? If you did the exact same thing, you would be charged with 2nd degree murder at least. As far as definitions, check out the definition of manslaughter (also known as 3rd degree murder). Where exactly in there does it mention the word "willful"? |
