I agree with you on this one.

Though I'll bet GWB got into a few scraps back in the day.

I'm with Supe, and I'd bet a lot of money that GWB has never had a physical altercation in his life. As to team sports, cheerleading doesn't count.

played the usual games growing up. we even still played pick-up games of TACKLE football at lunch, all the way into high school. nothing like showing up for forth period bloody and covered in grass stains.

another game in high school "MUFF". don't know where the name came from. but it was a version of hacky sack with a little violence thrown in to make it interesting. who ever was the loser that didn't keep the game going/dropped the hacky sack/soccer ball, turned his back to the group and everyone got to throw/kick the ball/sack at his ass.

soccer coaches even let us play this before practice waiting for everyone to get out to the field. they liked the idea of building ball handleing skills

when i played this in college we just made the loser DRINK.http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/pint1.gif

Whats wrong with being an "introverted lump" that what I am...The only tag I ever played was from the couch to the toliete back past the fridge to the couch.

Moneyguy1 10-18-2006 11:10 AM

nostatic 10-18-2006 11:15 AM

remember: pushing people down stairs counts as exercise

artplumber 10-18-2006 11:21 AM

Only if you're at big Momma's house.

Flatbutt1 10-18-2006 11:31 AM

anybody here ever played "johnny on the pony"?

One team formed an elephant line more or less by hanging onto the waist of the kid in front of you(yes bent over) the other team jumped on top of this chain trying to knock it over.

no homophobia there but lots of bruises

tabs 10-18-2006 11:36 AM

One and Two an Push the retard down the stairs

I think that if you dig deep enough [repressed memory and all] you will find that the proper statement would be "remember: being pushed down stairs counts as exercise"

I thought I was the only one that did that, still hurts 55yrs later:eek:

I remember my brother playing "Horsey" with a glass 1 gallon milk bottle on a stone patio. That left a nice scar.

Then there's the time I played a joke on him and told him that a piece of Exlax was a bar of chocolate. Does running to the bowl count as exercise?...Wait, according to Tabs it does. lol

the real exercise was in the climbing back up, only to be pushed down again and again. But I kept getting up. And I triumphed over adversity...to become...[cue patriotic music]:

umm

errr

nevermind

Nostril Cheese 10-18-2006 12:59 PM

A month ago I slipped going down a staircase and fell about 4 feet, causing my foot to bend 90 degrees relative to my leg as it hit the ground.

The immediate rush of adrenaline and pain was rather interesting.

Superman 10-18-2006 01:14 PM

There are kids out there now who, if they just once went out and played tackle football without pads in the pouring rain and mud.......the memory of that would be the best of their entire childhood.

(Todd - I appreciate your gumption and all, but I was referring to Tabs and his adolescence)
