Boeing - nobody does it better. Or even as well.

I was based in Berlin flying out of Tegel on the 727 from '88 through '91. Best job I ever had!! Lived in Zehlendorf -- who knows, might have seen you on the Ku'damm. |

Just saw this thread, can I play with the big boys? This is my Challenger that I built in '01-02. I sold her a couple of months back, the cars seemed to take up more time than the plane, so I wasn't flying much.

Nice job Ed! I have a couple hours in one of those. I repaired a heavily damaged one a few years back for a customer (the dumb@ss balled it up again a couple weeks after I rebuilt it, attempting to take off out of essentially a back yard and caught the gear on a barbwire fence and totaled it!)

Geez, they are STOL's with the right wings and power, but there is a limit...

That airplane had to be placed there for advertising purposes IMO.
Ed Hughes, nice plane. That is what I call true needle, ball, airspeed flying! I had my T6 based out of Aero Country near McKinney, TX for a couple of years when I lived/worked in Dallas. That was back in 98/99 when Aero Country had an aerobatic box right at the airport.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1168097500.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1168097540.jpg |
