Data center Head set for cell phone?

I frequently work in a Data center and the only form of communication is a cell phone. Problem is its so damn noisy, you cant hear squat.

Anyone use a head set ( that will plug in to a cellphone jack) that covers both ears and has mic? Not looking for small.

Don't know what the jacks look like so not sure if it'll work on a cell but it's a start.

ah ha... cell phone and Cordless phones both use 2.5mm jacks.

found some on evilbay under cordless phone, corded headsets.
