The worst aspect of the story is Griffin, in an interview, as well as the movie's producer (an Enzo owner himself), seemed to care less about the engineering that was wasted.

In fact, both men almost seemed as if they were laughing about the accident. Maybe it was laughter out of relief that Griffin wasn't injured or killed.

If you watch the CBS News video, the reporter states that two (2) Porsche Carrera GT's were totaled during the filming of the movie!!

Make that approximately $4 million in totaled auto-art (that we know of) for the sake of the movie. The movie better be damn good!

I don't believe these charity events raise much money for the charities, it for the fun and notoriety of the celebs. Scam for the public and unfortunate for the charities, IMO.

Enzo's get more rare everyday. Look like there will be 1 left made out of all the scrap parts from the total ones.

They've gotten several million bucks of publicity from the clip on YouTube and TV news coverage in less than 24 hours.

The owner of the Enzo was on the local news this AM, and wasn't the slightest bit upset -- at least on camera.

That looked in the video like an autocross course, and what a stupid layout it was. It looks like it had a turn with the concrete barrier for what should have been more cones. With that setup, it was almost guaranteed that someone would nail it. Whoever set up the course has some splainin' to do.

It doesn't look like a total loss to me, especially with the engine in the rear of the car...but I don't know jack about Ferrari's or their repair costs

Compared to the halved, "fixable" Enzo that had it's engine laying 50 feet away, this looks like a scratch.

Regarding the owner's reaction....
