I know someone who slept with several women at the same company, they all knew about it, and they dealt with it. This does not have to be a problem as long as it is merely "sport sex". If it gets serious you will have to consult someone else.

Don't analize the situation. You have a friend if it becomes more, so be it. If not, you still have a friend. Co-worker or not. Let the chips fall where they may and don't worry about it.
IMO you should be asking her this question and not us.

It was not recreational sex to them, only you. They were looking for a relationship (they might not have realized it at the time). They may have implied that it was nothing more...but if they had told you were really looking for a husband,....would you not have run away screaming?

Normally adjusted women seek relationships, women with hangups or missing emotional functionality seek NSA's and then later can blow up.
Absolutely make sure that you understand what she is saying (she may be just saying I will stay at your place, don't try to read into it) and be prepared.
You can control and set the tone of the weekend by mentioning that you have a guest bedroom, and see how she reacts. If she seems a bit dissapointed you can easily backpedal with follow up comments of how you didn't wish to be crass and assume that there was a sexual connotation, how you are greatly flattered etc etc. Easier to repair that and with a good weekend have some great sex.
If she was only being straightforward about staying at your place (ie guest room etc) and you assume or attempt the hint at a sexual liason the door will pretty much be closed and the friend ship will suffer and become more distant.

Got one of the same right now. We went out for a while, then hopped in the hot tub and got nasty for a while and now are just very good friends.

She does come over from time to time, mentioning that its "time for the hot tub again" but mostly we are just good friends.

Scott, I am 54, and the one I just mentioned above is 35, so yes it does happen. Just let her control how things work or it could get difficult.
