Mailing POR-15, what is flash point?

Hi,

I want to mail a 4 ounce can of POR-15. I know I meet the size requirement but the post office mention it had to below a certain flash point. Anyone know what it would be?

Thanks,

David

Thanks.

It has to be above a certain minimum flash point, It it was below it would be deemed hazardous and unshippable.
