Not too long ago, I had some guy parked in front of my house eating his lunch. Typical fast food stuff. When he was done he just opened up his door and dropped the whole bag on the ground, then got out of his truck and walked down the street. I was so pi$$ed, I grabbed all the stuff he dumped and put it right back in his truck. (he made the mistake of leaving it open) I thought about it for awhile and decided that wasn't enough punishment. I keep a small kitchen sized garbage can out in my side yard to collect all the dog poo in. I figured it was time to dump it. What a perfect opertunity! As luck would have it, the truck had a camper shell on it and it was open too. The guy had a sleeping bag in there. I gave him a new "fragrant" 40lb. pillow. I'm sure it was a few days before he discovered it.
I have never seen that truck in my neighborhood again.

We have one neighbour who is a crazy old lady. She refuses to pay for water, so has none in her house. The trash bill comes out of the water bill, so the trash collectors refuse to pick up her trash.

The truck comes at 0600 in the morning so we put the can out the night before. Several of us have caught her putting her trash in our bin lately. I am up early so usually find some extra trash to get rid of and if I find a bag of hers (she is oriental and it usually has oriental writing on every bag) I take it round the corner to her house and put it on her car. It disappears shortly afterwards...

She is living in a neighbourhood where the houses are worth at least $500k and acts like this. She has the money for water and trash but is just a bit different...
