Jordi - Very good points. The total job, including the out of scope repairs (Water Sprinklers, Grass, etc), would buy a new Boxster, or a low end Cayenne

Make your list of required repairs and politely explain that they will not be paid until it's right.
As long as there is an unpaid balance, this should get their attention. Don't cave in. KT
