I was considering "EATSZ06S" for my 951. . . Don't go stealin'. On the subject of "how to beat ticket" plates, I always thought it'd be interesting to get "NONE" or "N/A" or "MISSING". Might beat out a couple of metermaid tickets or whatever.

How 'bout:

MONEYPIT
DIAL911
FLATSIX
1FAST911
AIRCOOLD
9ELEVEN
UWISH
YOULOSE

The possibilities abound. . .

A former co-worker of mine had "MACH .27" on his Viper SR. Geek actually converted the top speed to Mach number at sea level.
