stainless steel mini-14 with tripod, flash supresser and brass catcher (at my uncle's house in NM, they don't like guns like that in mexifornia), a Llama 45 auto and a 12 gauge goose gun with pistol grip and 18" barrel and 7 round capacity. You gotta sneak up real close to them gooses for it to be effective

If we have the GermanAutoFest annually, can someone organize somekind of PelicanShootOutFest? We should all go out on some target shooting sessions! Maybe bi-monthly?

Only thing wrong with owning "a gun" is not owning 2 or more....

id10t,

I give you full right not to own nor want a firearm.

All I want from you is for you to understand that I care to own them, and that it's my Right to own them

Some people choose not to own a fire extinguisher.
Some people choose not to wear a seat belt.
Some people choose not to own firearms.

I personally think a person should have the right to do any of these things.

And do you watch the news *********? If guns were ever needed in society it is now!!!! Moron...... you guys take the cake, I mean really if it weren't for the gun you wouldn't be able to post the rediculous speech that you just made. You owe your freedom to guns and to the people that are willing to use them. I will stand with you though to make sure those that shouldn't have them won't that is common sense. What the heck was your daddy a hippie??? Is that why you dislike the neanderathal rednecks??? Or is it because deep down inside you know they are better than you.... They can shoot better than you.... they can survive better than you.... they can see the forest through the trees and see you for what you really are a coward that would not be willing to stand up for himself if he had to..... that would ask for help instead of helping himself..... I have got news for you buddy and maybe you should think about this ...... the police always get there after the fact.... if you feel safe in your life then I say good for you..... And I would never say that you MUST go out and get a gun.... But I will say that you daisies out there need to lay off the lame "its the 21st century" crap and realize we will never give up our guns. Period.......

Only Boyz with small dicks own guns and if you own a Porsche to, TINY is the word for it.

I suppose you are all going to try to tell me that the Second Ammendment, which clearly states "militia", gives you some kind of individual right to own these things. Guns are best left to the state, and trained, licensed professionals that have a clear need for such obviously dangerous items. The people have no need for firearms. The state, through its official agencies, provides all the "protection" any citizen could possibly need. We can buy all of our food, in our modern society, in the supermarket, rendering hunting no more than a savage, ruthless, needless bloodsport. You all need to get with the times and give up this horrible throw back to our dark and distant past. This is the 21st century, gentlemen, you can no longer justify your stubborn clinging to some romanticized past; there is no longer any need for private citizens to own these things. Send them all to me and, I assure you, they will be properly and safely disposed of. You have my word.
Jeff U have made me see the light. I am going to get rid of all my guns, and since you seem like a nice and rational guy I think I will let you dispose of them properly for me. But only if you will pay the freight.

Do you realize how many kids drown in swimming pools every year
Quote:
DEATHS AND INJURIES

In 1996, nearly 1,000 children ages 14 and under drowned. Children ages 4 and under accounted for nearly half of these deaths.
Each year, an estimated 5,000 children ages 14 and under are hospitalized due to near-drownings.
Near-drownings have high case fatality rates. Fifteen percent of children admitted for near-drowning die in the hospital. As many as 20 percent of near-drowning survivors suffer severe, permanent neurological disability.
For every child who drowns, an additional four are hospitalized for near-drowning; and for every hospital admission, approximately four children are treated in hospital emergency rooms.
A swimming pool is 14 times more likely than a motor vehicle to be involved in the death of a child age 4 and under.
, and you clearly do not understand the 2nd Amendment, if it was as clear cut anti ownership, we would have been dissarmed years ago. No, I don't need a gun, but I want guns, just like I don't need a Porsche that goes over 150mph, but I wanted one, so like my guns I own one. You don't need an old Porsche, do you realize this is the 21st century and how many children are killed by cars every year, and how many die because of power windows
Quote:
The Danger: Power Windows
Since 1990, at least 40 children have been killed by power windows. The windows can exert 30 to 80 pounds of force, while it takes just 22 pounds of force to suffocate an infant.
or how many die from Environmental hazards??
Quote:
4 Million Children Die Each Year from Enviro-Hazards
by Matthew Sparkes, London, UK on 08. 1.07
Business & Politics

Environmental hazards are killing four million children every year. The World Health Organisation claims that problems such as polluted air and water are causing poisonings, acute respiratory infections, diarrhoea diseases and malaria due to thriving mosquito populations in dirty water.
Just because you aren't responable enough to own guns doesn't mean those of us who chose too shouldn't. I don't feel the need to own my guns, I just want them. Youi should give up your porsche sence you really don't need an old car like that, I'll give it a good home (72 is one of my favorite years) and I won't put a gun rack in it Even though I can, I don't carry any weapons on me. Now, if someone breaks into your home, since you may have an anti gun decal on one of your cars, the beat your ass and rape your wife in front of you while you wait for help, if the break into my home BANG game over, they are carried out. You guy goes on to rob & rape again, mine is worm food.

Had one that I sold last year and ended up getting a Supermatch M1A..... I always wanted an M1A but got the Garand to start with.... I couldn't get used to the "PLING" after 8 rounds so I sold it and got the M1A. I know what you are refering to with the Garand thumg while loading, but I was refering to the Iraqis that voted and got their purple thumbs.....LOL

<--- Garand owner, I don't have a Garand thumb yet (I still have not fired it yet, due to ammo constraints and recovery from a broken back)
