ha! Well, as the Chinese say, "may you live in interesting times." And evidently I do.

Haven't taken vacation yet. Racing at Laguna Seca Aug 24-26 (bay area pelicans should come down and hang). "Vacation" is the following week. I'm trying to keep costs down and am torn between just doing absolutely nothing for a week, or trying to write. I have a book project that needs a serious kick in the arse. I also have two series treatments that I have to finish (well, start one, finish the other). Oh, and redesign my website for the possibility of new side/consulting projects (hoping the Koreans will give us a couple hundred $K). Major push on one work project and in production then post on another. Sept/Oct will be ugly busy. Then I need to take a *real* vacation, unless the side projects come through in which case I'll be in ramp-up mode until the end of the year.

Oh well, time to rest when I die...

Wait, I thought I was taking a vacation. Crap.

My path was very short. When I found out that VW and Porsche had such a close relationship, It was VW for me. At the time, European Car was VW&Porsche.
