You should ignore the behaviour, spray the area after cleaning with a deoderiser, dont pay any attention to it.

But make and praise the dog when he goes where he shoud do.

I dont have a dog and this might be crap (cuse the pun) but again somwhere I read this

A buddy of mine used to take pleasure pissing in bars during his frat days. At the bar, at a table, it didn't matter. Never got caught either. So that wet spot on the floor may not be spilled beer.
