Check out the Nokia N800. more than 2x the screen res of the itouch, and it let's you do Skype, even video Skype,(stereo speakers, mic) Also has Bluetooth (think keyboard, GPS,...) removable memory and battery... it even has an FM tuner. Did I mention more than 2x the screen resolution? --it rocks as a little (full) web browser.

And the crappy UI.

Turns out that kitchen sink features might not be the most important aspect of a device...go figure
