I have never paid to much attention to the whole "R GRUPPE" love 'em or hate 'em thing. I deal with a few folks who are members and they sure seem like reasonable likable people to me.

Then there was the original story in Excellence years ago where they came across like a bunch of "average Joes" with well worn 911 hotrods. I have not looked at that article in a long time but I don't remember any one of those cars in the article as being standouts. Certainly not anything worthy of having an attitude over.

I don't know which particular member or group of members is being reffered to frequently in this thread, but, in any cross section of people there is going to be a few a-holes. Heck, there are even some here on Pelican from time to time...... :)

Cheers

I think it should be a national holiday- no work. Unless you refuse to dress like a Pirate and talk like a Pirate. If you come outside, dressed in your silly modern clothes, you go to the stockades and wait your turn to walk the plank.

America would be a better place. YAAAAAAAR!

Talk like a Pirate Day + NoGruppe + Secret Milkshakes = best OT thread in history.

I am putting Sept 19th (TLAP day) in next year's diary now!

"..he was only a part of it..."

- I will defer to Paul's greater knowledge of more people in Rgruppe -- I've only met 4-5. Still, that just covers PNW, not the whole thing.
