The world is smaller than we think...met a Pelican.
Coming home from a trip to Shucks for some washing supplies, I turned the corner to find a car that had just been unloaded from a large semi...
I was maybe 8 blocks from home... Stopped for a sec to check out the car and say hello to the owner. We chatted a sec, he mentioned something about working on the car....then we got in our cars. He pulled out in front, and went in my direction. He made a left turn three blocks from my house. Even curiouser, I became the stalker and followed. I wondered if he knew about Pelican. He pulled over and stopped behind a nice looking 911S. I apologized for stalking him, and asked him if he knew Pelican. I could throw a rock hard and land in my driveway, virtually. Turns out, he does. Turn out, he's here. Soteric, it was nice to meet you today. ![]() ~your stalker ![]() Addition: I believe I actually met two Pelicans today. About 20 minutes earlier, I was at th epost office and spoke with a guy in a black Boxster. Pretty sure he said he was familliar with Pelican...

Probably coulda lost that gutless Saturn pretty easily if you'd tried.
![]() Glad you didn't though. C'mon over any time, and keep me posted on the status of that car, eh? ![]()

Wolfe, I've seen you around town. Not to many new white 911 carreras running around town. Where you recently at the guitar shop on Ravena in the U-District? Maybe a month agoi-sh?
