FEMA interviews FEMA.
They really don't 'get it' over at FEMA, do they?

What a PR mess. There's a lot of hardworking people at FEMA though, devoted to the mission.

FEMA actually claimed to have made moves to set up for disaster before the fires broke out, just because of the predicted weather conditions. I guess they're done with putting inexperienced political cronies in charge.
Pretty impressive. I have no criticism of FEMA on this -- and the only time I personally needed help -- after the big '94 earthquake, they were excellent.
