Actually, Stern on Sirius is infinitely better than he was on terrestrial radio. It's not just the cursing aspect...it's the natural flow of the show that's better...smarter. On Fridays, they play classic shows from the last 20 years and I can't even listen to them. THAT stuff seems very juvenile to me. I love his interviews, and their commentary on current events when Robin reads the news. Also, Artie Lange (who's a touring comedian, and a sidekick on the show) gives amazing insight as to what it's like to be a touring actor/celebrity/comedian. I think it's great entertainment. And no, the lesbians aren't bad either. :P
