I have not darkened the door of a McD's in almost 5 years now. Just the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach. Colon blow at its best.

My wife hates it too, but I am working an adjusted schedule today and will be on my own for dinner.

So gross.

Why Americans are lured to fastfood is a mystery to me. My diet? I do 4 light meals a day instead of 3 heavy ones, so much easier on the mind and body.

They this stuff will shorten your life. Good thing it's the last few years that get lobbed off, and not the good ones. I can skip 94 and 95.

Just take some vitamin C and E before you go!

"A single high-fat meal transiently reduces endothelial function for up to 4 hours in healthy, normocholesterolemic subjects, probably through the accumulation of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins. This decrease is blocked by pretreatment with antioxidant vitamins C and E, suggesting an oxidative mechanism."

(Oxidation is one of the primary triggers of atherosclerosis)
