I have not darkened the door of a McD's in almost 5 years now. Just the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach. Colon blow at its best.

So gross.
Why Americans are lured to fastfood is a mystery to me. My diet? I do 4 light meals a day instead of 3 heavy ones, so much easier on the mind and body.

Just take some vitamin C and E before you go!

pop vs soda
same as east coast vs west coast. lolo, I was shocked that Cali was taking soda. Thanks goodness for knowing that it used to be call "soda pop" in some areas.
