I find all of this hippie kumbah-yah crap to be offensive.

What a bunch of sissies you all are.

What, are we going to have a cry-in and get in touch with our feminine sides and talk about our feelings next?

Oh, and you're poopy-heads.

This just goes to show you that Nostatus isn't as retarded as he looks or sounds for that matter.

I have found PPOT to be unique.

It's mostly older car guys that are fairly mature.
I appreciate that 99% of the posts are respectful and thought provoking.

I have about 5 members in mind that 'don't get it'.

Do we really want every other post to contain:

"Ahhh-hahhh! pwn3d!!" With some goofy picture added to further 'burn' somebody?

I don't think we do. If you do, why not shuffle step over to 'tuner-land for teens'...where many are not even of age to drive and text-post from their classrooms instead of learning something.

I've found that sometimes is my problem. I post exactly what I would say to a person's face. Unfortunately, without the non verbal delivery and verbal inflection, it occassionally comes off badly. Okay - Sometimes I'm just plain rude. Fwiw - I'm that way in person too. That said, there isn't a man or woman on this forum that I wouldn't be happy to buy a drink should we meet.

So I should move on KT? I actually enjoy the mature vibe of this BBS. The other ones like 'tuner-land' frustrate me, because everyone posts crap about street racing and the like.

I resemble that remark!

This is where many go awry. When you see a stupid comment, do you retort with logic & reason? Of course not. Just like you have to fight fire with fire, you fight stupid with stupid. If you want to go stupid, I hope you brought yours, 'cause I've got mine!

+1

I have been lurking on the Mazda3 forum recently trying to learn as much about it as possible, but it is almost unbearable.

I think that is Santa Claus fielding requests.

Maybe not.

I'm sure you think so.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe that most people do not want to read random outbursts that stray from the topic at hand.
Especially the ones that are designed to make others angry.

I've seen a lot of this lately.

If it continues, the ignore feature looks pretty good.

Fire it up. The discourse that takes place is where all the entertainment value is.
