First ride today! fender fell off and runs crappy but the drive system works great and rides like a dream :)

I had that exact bike, but the green "Pea Picker" version - same with derailleur and hand brakes removed. On my first ride I was looking down at the forks and went smack into the back of a parked car. Doh!
