It is 5 times closer to the ground than a LEO spy sat. It "hovers" near the same position all the time, instead of orbiting. It can be easily brought to ground for repair.

It can also be shot down by many, many AA and SA missles.

Much easier to "re-task" and your imaging would be a lot sharper.

It's just a matter of time, we'll have flying robots over all our heads long before i'm ready to retire, i'm sure.
