Not in the configuration in that Tube video. Other than that I know there is a 50 caliber BMG ban in CA but I don't know if it extends to some of the other 50's.

One of the local shops sells the .50B ammo for about $1.77 a round.
At least .50AE has finally gone down to about .90 a round. I wish I could pick up .50BMG at those prices. I think last time I bought a can of 100, they were about $3 each!
