another neighbor dog thread....

so tonite i got out of work about an hour early, pull into our development and see one of my neighbors (the same douchbag who said i had alot of stuff when i was unloading the moving truck by myself) with his tiny dog on a leash taking a **** pretty close to my side door in the grass on the other side of some low bushes, we are in a townhouse on the end so our door is on the side with a sidewalk leading to our driveway.......
he kinda smirked and said hi (he knew i busted him) and i just gave him a "look"....he doesn't want to see the angry side of me which he'll see if i start smelling dog **** when i walk into my house............and i'm alot more civil than my wife michelle, so god help him......
that's strike two for this douche......#3 and it's on........

rant off.........

This is easy. Deliver the crap to his doorstep with a note; "Your dog left this at my house. It belongs to you."

My next-door-neighbors have a dog, and one day I found dog poo in my back yard, behind my shop; from the way it was scattered, it looked like it had been flung over the fence. I suspect their lazy-ass kid did it. The next time I found a fairly fresh one, I flung it back over the fence into their pool. I haven't seen any poo in my back yard since.

bell, at least your neighbors have a small dog. I usually ride on over with the mower and a shovel, and give the dog poo back to the offending dog/owner combo. I don't know what they think and don't really care. At that point it's problem solved for me.

I think that is legal, and gets the point across. Good idea.

People who don't pick up after their dog if they aren't on their propety suck. Period.

I carry a poop bag dispenser on the leash, its not that hard.

Have three black labs who fill a 5 gallon buckets worth every 8 - 10 days. Had an issue with a neighbor who would walk his dog past my house, I am on the corner, and the dog would make a deposit in my lawn. Just happened to look outside the window one morning and caught the dog in the act. The neighbor was looking around to see if any one was looking the whole time, but failed to see me. You can see where this is going. I left a bucket load right on top of his welcome mat with a note taped to a stick jutting out like a flag reading " please pick up after your dog, Your neighbor" Never another deposit. No words from the neighbor. Perhaps you have a friend with dogs?

I hate to be the party pooper (pun intended) and before anyone actually schits on this guy's lawn, throws it over his fence, smears it on his doorknob or generally behaves WORSE than he has already....how about you approach him and tell him you noticed his dog had pooped right next to the entrance of your condo and even though its on the other side of the bushes, it is smelly and would he please clean up after his own pet? If he comes off with an attitude, I'd just tell him, "Well, I'm sorry you feel that way, I'll take it up with the Homeowner's Association, but you can be assured I'm NOT simply going to accept this and we can take it as far as you want to go with it".

Personally I think this is a lot more reasonable than all the other juvenile BS.

By the way; so the guy's an idiot and mentioned you had a lot of stuff. So what? I never read your original thread on that so if it was more than just commenting on your "stuff" I am off base here. But if he's just an insensitive idiot that spews anything that comes to his socalled mind, who cares about his comments? Why would you post here that its "on"? What? You're gonna go "knock his block off"? Get a grip man, you're a grown up....to the degree any of us here are

Great idea Dan, but naw, put that ***** in a bag, light it on fire at his doorstep, ring the door bell and run!

dan the spot he was in was a bit off the paved wide sidewalk area, right next to my door next to the bushes by the palm trees, when you pull through our gates you're looking right at the side of my townhouse, when i pulled in he noticed me and quickly made his way back to the sidewalk.
the look i gave him surely indicated he pissed me off and he knew why, one more time and i'll say something.....although smearing it on his door or leaving it in a bag (not even on fire) would be fun LOL
here's a pic of the offending area....

it's a very tiny chuawawa (SP?), but that's not the point......

first post on page 3 explains this douche....
it's crunch time......relocating

basically he knows i busted him and he pissed me off, like a small man he appeared to run away with his tail between his legs pulling the small dog while he was trying to finish his business.........

That is the mature way to deal with it and fortunately we are all very mature here on OT.

Where's the fun it that though?

Rookies - YOU take a dump in a paper lunch bag.

You take the dump in the bag to the neighbor's door - make sure they are home.

Douse with a little lighter fluid.

Set on fire and ring the door bell. Run away.

Can't we all just get along?
What is the matter with a conversation before violence/confrontation/sneakiness?
It's what a man would do.

Try it.
It works.

I am not saying they are not wrong to not clean up after their pet. I am saying it is wrong for you to be as uncivilized as them.
