In college we use to buy Kegs of Natural Light. God that was horrible but it would drop panties just as quick as the spensive stuff.

Old Milwaukee in H.S. and Schaefer light in college. We used to drink the Schaefer light near room temp in our pitcher chugging contests.

Got so used to the Schaefer, I preferred it over anything else!

Shiner Bock is probably cheap for you guys outside of Texas. They charge Texans a premium for it because we love it soooo damn much!

I still drink that when I can find it. The red label light in 16 oz. bottles is good stuff.

BTW, Coors Light is not cheap beer. It's not beer and it's not cheap. It's pi$s and it's expensive. Why do people buy it? I'd still drink Beast, Natty, Piels, PBR, etc. over the major American "premium" beers any day.

Hahahahaha. Amen to that. Oddly enough, a buddy of mine still enjoys it, even though he could afford to buy the good stuff.

My favorite high school beer? Milwalkee's Best Light, aka The Beast. I think a 30-pack was about $9, so I was good for the weekend. The taste wasn't awful, but you could plan on having the worst beer sheets ever the next morning.

My favorite cheap beer today is Miller Lite. It still tastes pretty good when I don't want anything heavy.

Good commercials as well. The dancing bear w/ the tom-tom music!

Didn't Hamms make 3.2 beer for sale in Kansas?

There's quite a few beers available in 3.2 here for sale in gas stations. What a stupid law. Though on the upside, I never had trouble getting drunk on 3.2. Hey, but at least we can FINALLY buy on Sundays.

Back in high school, I had many fun road trips to NE for beer on Sundays. Typically didn't remember the trip back all that well.

Lived in Salina when I was in HS and remember 3.2 very fondly, always found that w/ 3.2 you puked before you got drunk! Ah, the good old days.
