2008-2009 NFL Season Predictions Thread
I thought it might be fun to take a break from all the political and religious bashing and talk about what really matters...FOOTBALL!!!
Ok, please state your favorite team, your predicted record for that team and any other predictions you wish to make. I'll start: Fav Team: COWBOYS Cowboys Record this year: 12-4 Division winners: AFC East: New England AFC South: Jacksonville AFC North: Pittsburgh AFC West: San Diego NFC East: Dallas NFC South: Carolina NFC North: Minnesota NFC West: Arizona  AFC Champ: Jacksonville (Brady goes down in week 12 with a broken arm...) NFC Champ: Dallas Superbowl Champ: Dallas (yes, I'm a homer...but I'm serious!!)

Maurice Jones-Drew will be the difference in your fantasy Superbowl. He drops 200 yards and four TD's on the Cowboys as Jax finally reaches their destiny. Rack it!
When I knew him:  and now:  He's one of the finest, humblest young men you'll ever see. He still calls me "Mr. Cecil".

Champs-Lions. Thats assuming Barry comes back and is in 1997 form, coupled with the rest of the All-time lions joining in and dominating the NFL to go 19-0.
 Honestly, I probably couldn't tell you more than 5 players on any team. Most of the players I could name would be from Ohio State, Michigan and the other colleges from the area. NFL isn't as much fun to watch as college is. Coeds wearing bikinis is much, much better than fat dudes (no offense). |

Rick, I'm afraid my Saints are going to disrupt the boys hopes, as they commonly do. Saints should sweep the NFC South and have home field part of the way. 2006 plus just a little bit.

The Vikes are pre-season champs and regular season chumps. The NFC North is muddled, but, if Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the Packers offence gell, the Pack will repeat in the NFC North. I doubt they'll do much beyond that.
Seattle will rule the West.

Chiefs suck, but not as bad as last year. On the lighter note, only 11 days until college football starts.

My Prediction is that one team in the NFL is going to win the Superbowl. So there you have it. The rest is just boring.
