In N.O. many of the yards with an Obama sign, also sport a Bill "I got $90K in my freezer & whitey hates me for it" Jefferson sign.

He is a US Congressman under indictment for accepting bribes. He was most famous for repelling out of a National Guard helicopter during Katrina, to rescue the $90k of cash and laptop with the evidence, from his flooded home, while some folks were still drowning.
