"This was a bad move. I was having dinner with a friend, had some drinks and while driving home it started raining. It was about 8:30pm in December of ‘06 and I was making a right turn from Powell onto Broadway. I accelerated in second gear and immediately realized I still had my summer tires on. I was going about 55mph and hydroplaned to the left and smacked my right rear fender super hard into the center column at the base of the tunnel. The airbags deployed, the seatbelt held but I crushed my right hip into the belt attachment so hard that it left a bruise the size of a toaster! My friend and I decided to make a run for it since I would have gone directly to jail with a DUI. The problem was that the car was blocking the traffic into the tunnel and cars behind me were starting to honk. It eventually got towed. I made it home and Phat Kat was hanging out listening to some music. He said “Man, you guys got enough money to just leave a Porsche on the road?!” Well, no, but I had full coverage so I was okay. Thanks AAA!!! I’ll post up what I got with the insurance money later."

I emailed with Joe about 10 days ago. He's been travelling a lot. We were gonna go to the gun show here last weekend, so I assume he's back now. But I was low on gun funds, so I avoided the temptation.

Nope, not back yet! Am in Coeur D'Alene Idaho and out flying again.
Someone from the OT just emailed me about Wayne's splitting the OT forum up, was the first I had heard of it. Have really not been on the forum ONE time since I got tired of the BS going on there and bailed out. Hope you are doing ok... Joe "I got tired of the BS going on there and bailed out."
