In all seriousness, years ago I lived out in the boonies and had only one neighbor, a Dutch family named Van der Toot. When they immigrated to the U.S. the husband dropped the Van der from their last name because he felt that Toot would sound less foreign and they would fit into their new culture more easily.
Early on, they saw “The Wizard of Oz” at the movies and the wife just loved the little dog. When they had their first child, a boy, they named him after his father and she gave him the middle name of the little dog, Toto. The poor kid had a rough life growing up as Otto Toto Toot. The Toot’s only neighbor was a whacko who made stupid stuff up and posted it on some website. You never know about life. It’s strange.
