That engine was only available on the Indy Pace Car.

Does the front work the same way?? Mine didn't pop, then it was up

I really needed another car like I needed a hole in my head

I stand corrected, I thought the turbo V6 was available in the GTA.

No the front does not work the same.

I always like those cars. I have seen an 1989.5 that had T-Tops and the 350.

the V6 Turbo was faster than the V-8 car.
BTW it is highly desireable in the anniversary edition. One hell of a car.
Butt ugly and pretty fast.

This thing was a blast at the track, nothing like throwing 4,000lbs of American muscle around a road course

I owned a '78 Formula Firebird for a while. All I can say is "DON'T". Even for a T.A. You're on crack to even consider ANY American-made car from the 70s. Trust me on this. The day that thing went to the big junkyard in the sky was one of the happiest for me. Infernal P.O.S. rust can.

My ex girlfriend had one of those in white , around 91/92. It was a cool car for its time. The old tune ports did run pretty good. I cut my teeth on camaro's/ and corvette's. Still kind of like the gta, would not mind having one in my stable. They do burnouts a lot better than 911's

My friend has a '96 Trans Am and he drove it to the Tail of the Dragon in Sept when I drove my MazdaSpeed3. His car handled the twisty roads just fine...

They are so much cleaner looking than the last couple of years of TA and Firebird.

They're not really fast when stock- perhaps quick, but they do sound good. The aftermarket chip and a good cold air intake and free breathing exhaust system did wonders though. I had those mods to mine. It used to trounce stock Trans Ams of the same era.
