Need Duplicator/tracer plans for wood
Rather than starting from scratch, someone might have some plans for a duplicator/tracer/copier using a router setup, it needs to trace about 48" long, What I am doing is making some more propellers for my plane, the props are 76" so I need something that will copy half at a time. Even if the plans are for a smaller copier I can scale it up.
Thanks

Craig, a friend of mine, Lonnie Prince, owns Prince Aircraft Company. He has built several propellor duplicaters over the years using routers and even circular saw blades for a big one he made to duplicate some huge wind tunnel blades. All his machines look kind of rickety, but he has built thousands of propellors over the years with them. I doubt he has any plans available, but you should be able to cob something up pretty easily.

I am looking at something like this: This kind of gets me in the right direction. I would really love to make a 4 blade, it would be fun!
