trying to reconstruct it in my head. you'd think the stryker would have hit the truck on the driver's side if it made a left turn into it's path.

It's a real weird intersection coming into/off the base, cross traffic, freeway and ramps all in the same vicinity. Just about got myself in the wrong spot when I was up there working about a year ago. I also had the indignity of getting myself AND my little car, Butters, escorted off the base. Sheesh. Talk about embarassing.

I hope you're wrong. It concerns me that young guys are being held accountable for actions that old farts like me would be no better at...driving a Stryker in traffic or deciding when to pull the trigger in combat.
