Uncomfortable moment at marriage workshop
 

So the bride and I are struggling in our marriage and have been going to a marriage workshop. There are 8 other couples and we watch videos and then relate how they make us feel. Man, am I good at this:rolleyes:.
After watching a vid in which sex or lack of was addressed we were asked to relate our feelings. One couple, mid 20's went first. The girl is smoking hot, she has revealed that she was a model at 18 in NYC and had an affair w/ married dude and was addicted to drugs. She proceeds to tell us that she is much more sexual than her husband and that she wanted sex all the time and he wasn't much of a willing partner. He was stone faced, man I felt for that dude. The next week he no showed. Probably busy looking for a divorce attourney.

When it comes to sex in marriage, I read somewhere that married couples fall into three general categories. About 1/3 of married couples have sex 3x per week. Another third have sex 3X per month. And a final 1/3 have sex on average 3X per year.

That being said, I think sexual problems in a relationship are more often a symptom rather than the core problem.

I don't think it was the first time he had heard this, but it was probably the first time that she broadcast the news to a group.

Maybe she's awful at it. Just because she likes it doesn't necessarily mean she's a porn starlet. Maybe she's a stinker; maybe she's all herky jerky like the tin man or something.

Maybe he can't forget that she had sex with some married guy while she was away on that modeling shoot.

+1 on the she stinks angle.

Some chicks just reek. No matter how hot, it's a huge turn off, at least to me. I have yet to figure out how to reasonably suggest a chick douche before going out on a date with me, so i just don't go out with them again.

She may very well be eating a lot of the Vash fish sauce.

Could be true. I dated a girl once who couldn't get enough sex, but it wasn't really all that good. It was like having a cheap cut of steak every day for dinner. Yeah, it's nice to have so much steak, but I'd rather have a Porterhouse a couple times a month than a minute steak a couple times a week. Of course, I'd most prefer a Porterhouse every day, maybe for lunch and dinner...

Send her to Phoenix. We know how to take care of things like that no problem!

i am a fan of rib-eye. goes good with eggs in the morning, you can make a nice sandwich for lunch, and in the evening with a nice glass of wine. i could have it three times a day and be quite satisfyed. fortunetly my partner thinks the same thing.
