Useless Comment Monday: I actually slipped on a Banana peel!
Yes, it is true. Being the slob that I am, I improperly disposed of a banana peel by dropping out of my car door in the work parking lot. I stayed in the car to listen to the rest of a segment on NPR about 'hooking-up'. Good segment btw.
Anyway, I opened the door, stepped out and...WHOAA DOGGIE!!! I caught myself before hitting the deck but not without slamming my backside into the door frame of the auto. I may be the only idiot on the face of this Earth to ever slip on a banana peel by accident and his own doing. Lesson: Don't litter or at least don't eat bananas.

And you did not have video to back this up? Mythbusters tried and tried to show how this was possible and it takes our very own Lubemeister only one try to make it work.
You need to document this and send it along to them!

Well at least you didn't reach into your running lawn mower to clean the grass out like my neighbor did.

Lube, being relatively new on PPOT, I must ask if there is a tradition here to initiate threads called "Useless Comment Monday (or Tues., etc.)... and if so, why is this one considered useless?
Seems to me you're performing a valuable service educating people that banana peels are slippery.
