Yuck. Seattle has some strange habits

http://www.komonews.com/news/local/48001597.html

I hate gum chewers. Most just spit it out on the ground. This is just strange.

Yuk! Gross! Seattle sucks. Cloudy and rainy all the time. Liberal hippies everywhere. A terrible place. Sure it clears up in the summer and yeah, you can see two mountain ranges and at least two volcanoes plus salt water and fresh water and more green plants and flowering plants than you ever imagined all within 1-2 hours of at least four national parks but........that gum is just disgusting. And the hippies, did I mention the hippies?

San Luis Obispo has them beat...

This wall has been around since the 60's. I have a couple pieces of gum up there myself.

You know, what I thought I'd hear from that comment was something about what a nun looks like not wearing a habbit, haha.

Catholic grammar school, Catholic high school, Catholic college (can still do the Mass in latin), and I CANNOT tell you what a nun looks like without her habbit.

But I can speel, and I have the scars on my hand to prove it.

Wasn't there a thread about this recently?

I think we actually have conservative hippies as well. Its the only town I know where both the neo-nazis and the eco-freaks wear birkenstocks. Well, I guess there's Portland as well......

Yes, but Oregon law requires them to wear white socks with theirs.

Fixed it for ya -- but now anyone who checks this thread will be clueless about the nuns.

Or worse yet - people will make the following mis-connection:

bubble gum + lib hippies wearing birkenstocks & white socks + nuns without habbits ---> Oh - we must be talking about Seattle!

It's no more incoherent than many threads in our playground.
