(A lot of women don't want to train with weights because they fear of getting buff... which is silly)

if you have a weak back and are not planning to work out and get it stronger, focus on cycling instead of running.

BS! Starting shooting up a cocktail of 'roids and you'll balloon up in no time! :D

I think you are missing the part about the PT. Back strengthening is what that is for.... I will continue whatever exercises the give me to maintain...

Plus, when school starts back I can swim....

My internet is sucking, I'm going to bed. Night guys.

That's what I said, you need 'roids (but it still takes hard work)

Swimming is not bad for your back but it will NOT make it stronger. (or not very much)

Didn't read the whole thing. Oops!

Geronimo '74 06-20-2011 11:23 PM

I didn't fall asleep until around 4.30 last night, then the phone woke me up at 8.30. On the road by 9.

I'd be a freaking zombie.
I would need coffee in a syringe....

Rick V 06-21-2011 01:36 AM

G-man she is getting the seats on that truck all dirty!

Good morning guys.

I got my new tires on the Elky. I have only driven a few miles on them but I think they solved one annoying problem. The old tires were real noisy and had a strange vibration at 65 MPH. The entire vehicle would hum at certain speeds. The old tires were balanced but they sure made a lot of noise. I think that is gone finally. I will find out at lunchtime when I can drive a few miles at 65 to 70 MPH.

I had to clean the vinyl passenger seat in the old 914 a few times. You have to be VERY limber to utilize a 914.

I know how tough a 944 is, I can't imagine a 914...

Geronimo '74 06-21-2011 08:30 AM

A VW Golf is easy, plenty of room, steams up real fast though... Lol
