oh, it was definitely a mistake. the mirror pictured in the auction IS the mirror i received. it is remarkably similar to the subaru mirror. it also arrived with a paper tag on it with "99 forester" written on it. the breakage was negligence on their part. you all want to see pictures?

I am home now. Waiting on my computer to update a program.

We had a 4 inch rain today. One rain drop every 4 inches, and the rain was not nice clean water it was mud. I have orange blobs of mud all over my 911. :(
