I have a pair of the vintage Porsche Design glasses. Got them in the 80s.

Back then the plastic frame Carrera ones had just come out and were $42usd. These were $225, and fortune for glasses back then. I went to a local sporting goods store and asked to look at the expensive ones. I asked what they cost and when the sales person said $42, I immediately bought them. They made me look really cool in my 914.

Yes no real fire but Dave is on the ignore list by my son. I warned him that he was playing with fire. Not sure who got hte bigger laugh Dave or me.

I just love my Carrera glasses. They fit my face and big head. I don't have to keep poking them to hold them in place and they don't fall off my face. I usually get several years out of a pair before they get worn out or something breaks.

The short of it is this:

David's son was complaining about finding a girl to ask to the dance. One of his friends (girl) mentioned having the same issue... After that, the typical 13 y.o. banter commenced about how dumb girls are, how stupid boys are... I'm seeing this via the FB feed in the upper right corner...

By the way they are "hating" on each other, makes it look like they actually may like each other.

I step in and say there's an obvious solution to the dances... At this point the expletives start coming out. :D
