Pete, right now I both of my ear lobes DON'T HURT. Pretty much everything else does.

It was tough to roll out of bed this morning. My leg muscles are real sore. I probably got on my knees a million times and got down to lay on my back another million. My mother told me a million times to never exaggerate.

Tonight the real dirty part starts. Parts washing. The intake is caked with 300K worth of grime. The distributor was obviously leaking. There is a thick layer of baked on oil in the back of the engine.

Rick, what is your favorite home parts cleaning method when you don't have a big commercial parts washer handy?

Glen if you want to drag parts out, we have a solvent washer. We also have a big azz hot pressure washer you could borrow.

Solar panel install has passed certification with flying colors , i'm in bizniz !

livi 11-21-2011 06:54 AM

So maybe I can buy from you, Stijn. The electricity prices in Sweden are ridiculous.

svandamme 11-21-2011 07:04 AM

Don't think i'll have much to spare for resale though, i only installed enough to get by myself

over here, electricity cost breaks up into
electricity 6 cts / kwh
distribution 14 cts /kwh
transport 2 cts / kwh
(roughly)

So essentially the cost of energy is not so much the electricity itself, but the rest.
And for a large part the distribution price went up from all the solar installs requiring an upgrade of the localized grid..

Sonofa....like life hasn't been nuts enough...my grandmother is having a heart valve replaced today....bout to get on the road...

svandamme 11-21-2011 07:36 AM

i'll burn a candle for her.

HHI944 11-21-2011 08:29 AM

Thanks stijn.

On the brighter side of life, I'm back in the game. My neighbors 21yo blonde daughter was flirting with me this morning when I walked the pup. And, last night, a buddy comes in to the cigar lounge and tells me he's setting me up with this girl he knows. She's actually a bartender at one of the places TEB and I used to go. Very cute, 30 or 31, legs that could stop a freight train and sweet...

Sid & Richard. I have a power washer. I will take the parts off that I need to swap and clean just them.

Does yours burn more diesel than most pickups? ;)

We have a HOT washer, it will take grease, paint, flesh, whatever else you need removed, off.

livi 11-21-2011 08:55 AM

I donīt like hospitals either. Funny enough.

Porsche-poor 11-21-2011 09:48 AM

Hello all. I'm late but work must be done.

livi 11-21-2011 09:53 AM

Hi David!

svandamme 11-21-2011 10:01 AM

the dillon is setup.. well for now.
should not have been so cheap and ordered me the strong mount from the get go..
It just wiggles to much without , can't use the front mount holes on a regular bench and the added height of the strongmount won't hurt either.

Just ran a 100 or so shells through the case feeder, with the de-capping die installed.
Boy this will be fun..that cheerfull "pling" when yet another one ejects and drops in that blue plastic box is addictive to say the least.

Porsche-poor 11-21-2011 10:20 AM

It is also an addiction that won't kill you...........others maybe.
