Started with new pads and was going to drop on some good used rotors I had in the front.... Turns out I was lied to about what those came off of, and the front calipers were leaking..... Then I was gone all that time...
Now we are trying to get the calipers cleaned up to paint, and they aren't being agreeable.

Brakes IIRC.
Can ya take the M?

I could... But the last time I took a car to a January AX because the 944 was broken, the heater core on the corrado imploded....
Besides, I need to spend that time fixing my car, we need to work next week, and I start back to school wednesday.

Yeah, but I am wondering why he can't just buy some rebuilt calipers and new rotors, get it together, and rebuild the old ones at his leisure to sell later on.

Bought new rotors, and I'm trying to do this on the cheap, besides, calipers aren't that big of a deal to rebuild, and they would be done already if I wasn't trying to make them pretty

There are several Porsche shops in OKC, and a large Porsche recycler as well. There is not much in Arapaho OK for sure. I would bet Lindsey racing has all the parts he needs but those are not cheap. I bet Oklahoma Foreign has the used parts.
The 21 minute response times are for folks that live in the sticks.

I've not had good experiences with OK Foreign.... I went in looking for some stuff, they treated me poorly, and I felt like they were trying to skin me...
And Lindsey is just too damned high on most stuff....
Oh and I do live in the sticks.... It wouldn't take 21 mins if I called 911... But it wouldn't be immediate, hence the loaded gun in the house...
