Good Luck Glen! Break a leg?

slodave 08-14-2012 01:51 AM

Glen, before you go under....

I doubt you'd be exposed to many virus/malware. :D Keep doing what you do and I'm sure you'll continue with that 100% track record. In the rest of the world, however. :)

Good luck with the surgery and we'll see you on the flip-side!

If you look there are lots of things in the b movie westerns like contrails, tire tracks, phone/power lines, etc. We especially liked the ones where you could see the guy that got shot off his horse fall and roll into a dead man's box and toss the dummy out to get trampled.

I have a habit of watching for mistakes. It's fun. :)

He threw in the towel, didn't want to discuss it an further with someone so closed minded.

Morning Y'all
Good to see you back Richard.
Good luck glen

slodave 08-14-2012 02:11 AM

Morning, Rick. Late check in. Good for you. :)

Rick V 08-14-2012 02:12 AM

Morning Dave, Yeah going in late today, so I actually managed to sleep in a little

slodave 08-14-2012 02:14 AM

Going in late? Did the Earth just shift? You feeling okay? Are all these your guitars?

Jim Richards 08-14-2012 02:15 AM

Hola, fellas. Have fun at the hospital, Glen. Ask to see the new hip parts before the operation. If they're painted red, they're probably from Motor Meister.

GH85Carrera 08-14-2012 02:42 AM

Yea, I don't want a joint shimmed with newspaper.

Rick V 08-14-2012 02:44 AM

The dude trying to explain how to break into a car with a hammer was hysterical. :D

Rick V 08-14-2012 03:13 AM

I got a few laughs from that one. :)

slodave 08-14-2012 03:16 AM

Okay, the spanking bit at around 7 minutes was friggen funny too!

Rick V 08-14-2012 03:28 AM

I'll bet she got some ribbing from her coworkers for a while after that one

Jim Richards 08-14-2012 05:25 AM

cheers!

i checked the video on FB. good stuff. i read something about studio time....

my shoulder is a bit sore.... that .308 of mine has a bit of a bite. i let a guy shoot it. after one shot, he didn't want to try it again.... he was shooting a .308, also. a remington 700 with a 20" barrel just doesn't have the same punch as mine with a 26" barrel. ;)

I showed off the Formula Electric car to the EE guys today. I gave them a little drifting show and some full throttle bursts. They were impressed with how fast it was. Then I let them try it and they were like scared in a good way, even though they were scared to give it full throttle. I explained how it turns better/tighter with throttle. They went a little faster and had fun. One guy asked me what I was doing with the brake to get it to drift. I said "Brake?! I hit the throttle!". He was like . I mentioned how in a 911 if you lift you spin so throttle and countersteer are your friend. Same way in karts. :)

I think they are hooked. :D

Glen's wife called and gave a good report on his surgery. OKC is officially all gimped up.
