Tonight is dress up night and the fanciest meal of the week (with the club) the Concours banquet.

Well I now have all of my ducks in a row and tomorrow I drop the paperwork on the bosses desk, and dare them to take a cent out of my paycheck, other then tax deductions. I told them at the shop a while ago that when I am quiet do not engage me, I have been silent for a week now and management knows something is up. Tomorrow I call their bluff.

I am still in the process of downloading pictures. I will post a few here before I upload the full set.

I went down to the beach you see in Glen's photos. It is very peaceful down there in such a secluded area with such great scenery. Also saw some dolphins in the cove there.

On the way back we stopped at a turnout to take pictures and several people remarked about how many Porsches they saw and asked what was going on. One guy from the UK was taking a picture of "my" car when we pulled in, said he was a big Porsche fan, etc. He got real excited when we told him there were 1200+ Porsches up in Monterey.

My dad also brought up the subject of Rennsport and Mr. von Platen perked up at that- you could tell he had been talking to Herr Porsche about it and he almost had an "I told you it is a good idea" look on his face. All he would say is that Rennsport 5 will happen once they can find where to fit it into one of the Porsche's schedules. Sounds like it will be Laguna Seca.
