Thanks Glen, I will hold you to that when I come back and bring Lanna out, that is going to be the fun sight seeing trip. This one is going to be the down and dirty one, through Tenn and texas. Yeah not looking forward to texas but hey they have decent speed limits. It is 21,000 miles one way, I am figuring 2.5 days, maybe less since I won't have to stop every 37 mins for Beth to inspect a bathroom. I have been to every single bathroom from the UP of Mish to Greenville SC

Wait, a minute. You will have to drive east through Europe and Asia to make it 21,000 miles. ;)

Seriously, you are welcome to the bedroom and whatever you may need. You can even bring Beth ;)

Your right 2,100, phew that was close, I don't have amphibian tires on the boxster

Has anybody noticed the view count for our little thread?

GH85Carrera 12-10-2014 12:07 PM

There are many people looking for the great wisdom of the thread.

I see you aren't taking Peggy for this trip then. Good luck. Hope things work in your favor. Are you going to stop by to say hi to odd job?

Managed to swing by the hobby shop...grabbed a charger and spare battery.....now I just have to finish w%@&ing and get home

Had a very solid conversation with the service manager in Tucson, tomorrow some paperwork and maybe a trip out on monday.
My son and his wife really really want my house so I told them I would let it go to them for the payoff, which is a smoking deal. I might just get to spend my 50th in Tucson as a resident.

Welcome.

Start on page one and read every page and you will know the secrets to the universe and how to solve all of the problems on Earth. That or you will be very confused.

Tell us something about you!

Lets dive right in.

The Mrs and I are going Friday at lunchto see if Saucy Jr will be promoted to big brother status!

Also on the tail end of a full house reno that began last weekend of August.

Going to paint some railing spindles right now.

Jim is the resident paint manager

Check the sig ;)

Had a Cayenne...the sinning was unsustainable, sold that.

HHI944 12-10-2014 07:43 PM

Holy crapple!
This thing has so much torque that it was flipping itself on wet grass.....

porsche4life 12-10-2014 09:14 PM

Yup... The new electric and lipo is crazy. Is yours a brushless motor? Mine is. Its hard to keep it on the ground.

HHI944 12-10-2014 09:18 PM

It's actually brushed.....apparently they provide better low speed torque and the truck is, technically, a crawler.

At one point, I had it in a rhythm where it would hit the wall, start climbing the wall until vertical, tip over and rock just enough for the front tires to grip and flip it back over.....then repeat....it was pretty funny.

Awesome Rick! And way to help your son out too! Hopefully the good karma pays off!

We will be busy through Wed eve next week, but let me know your plan, I might be able to meet you halfway between here and Tuscon(Casa Grande) for a bite, even if thuy is busy.

On a phone the sig does not show.

Well at least you have what the majority of the Stijiners drive, a 911. Now for the win is it a WHITE 911 like so many of the good looking, intelligent, modest, funny, very shy, and with the biggest load of BS people.
