Rick V 12-15-2014 03:15 AM

No Richard here it is lead me to your taker

GH85Carrera 12-15-2014 03:40 AM

Stijn!!

Morning folks.

Jeff, what the heck is going on with the hostages? More crazy towel heads?

Rick V 12-15-2014 03:54 AM

Not trying to be political but Australia helped this to happen when they disarmed the entire country, thus creating a world of soft targets.
I really hope there is a peaceful ending to this but if it is a group of true extremists I don't think we will.
If they get taken out by the cops they are marters, if they do the self inflicted blaze of glory they are heroes. Not good.

Shortest Horror Story"

Monday

I have said for years the first rule should be to never ever mention their names. Just call them terrorist A, B or C down the alphabet. Never release a terrorist corpse back to the family. Burn it in an incinerator or better yet, feed it to pigs.

I hung 14 doors, painted my kitchen, detailed a couple dirtbikes for a buddy, took the porsche for a ride, went to an x-mas party riddled with cougars, and hosted a birthday dinner for my 19 year old brother.

Happy Monday :/

The police down under are playing by a different set of rules than we have here, I do hope our government is paying attention.
They have informed the press to NOT share any information that the gunman is giving them via phone calls

Petes is a super nice guy. Beth and I ran over to the valley and had breakfast with him a couple of years ago when he was passing through. He didn't bring snow with him that time but he did manage a thunderstorm for me to drive through and that was not too fun with slicks on the car

I knew he was near Pittsburgh but we could have come down that way from Buffalo on the way home.

I wanted to meet up with Fint but knew he wouldn't show up.

And that's funny what you said about me and Sid... I don't know. He cleaned up well and believe me, it wasn't a moment of stars being aligned. It took several months of being very persistent on his part. I shooed him away for some time. He put three times as more work into it than his competitors during that time.

All I can say is don't write off Sid so quickly. As I learned, he knows more than his years in many things.

Nah, Sid is a good bloke, but of the two he is the one that gets picked on 'cause he is the guy.

I had a vietnamese coffee... Mmm... My new addiction for sure.

Haha, you guys taught me mostly what not to do. ;)

Good luck! And for next year, paint, with rust-o-leum never wet clear coat! ;)

Doesn't the saying go "If you can't be a good example, then you serve as a warning" or something like that.

that is a good summary, actually. did you REALLY read it ALL?

It was more, I was trying to hit just a few highlights.

Yes, I really did read it all. I did not watch all the videos attached but I saw most of them before anyway,

Rick V 12-15-2014 05:40 AM

Yeah I have read it all too but there is no way in hell I would do it again unless I was stuck in a hospital bed and reached the end of the internet

flipper35 12-15-2014 05:47 AM

But you were here early on in the program.

Rick V 12-15-2014 05:52 AM

Yeah day one is early. In ten years I think I may have 5k posts in the rest of the forum.

fintstone 12-15-2014 05:52 AM

Everyone is a bit too civil in this thread. No one to justifiably take aggression out on.
